Autotrader recognised as a Fertility Friendly Employer
Autotrader is honoured to have received official accreditation as a Fertility Friendly Employer from Fertility Matters at Work. This achievement follows Autotrader's selection as a 2025 finalist for the Fertility Friendly Employer of the Year award and underscores the organisation’s ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for employees as they pursue their paths to parenthood.
Fertility Matters at Work is a Community Interest Company (CIC) dedicated to improving fertility support at work. Achieving this accreditation demonstrates that Autotrader has implemented employee and manager guidance, resources, and a culture that supports employee wellbeing during what can be a sensitive and complex journey.
Autotrader’s path to this accreditation has been shaped by ongoing initiatives such as the Fertility & Baby Loss Focus Group. This group works closely in partnership with the Parents Network, Wellbeing Guild, Mental Health First Aiders, and People Partnering team in supporting Autotrader colleagues.
This milestone is not just a badge, it’s a promise to continue creating an environment where conversations about fertility and baby loss are met with empathy and respect.
As we step into 2026, our commitment to being a Fertility Friendly Employer remains such an important part of our culture at Autotrader. We recognise that supporting employees whilst they maybe embarking on a path to parenthood is not only about providing flexibility but also about providing an environment of empathy and understanding.
