Autotrader CEO renews Gold Patronage of the Automotive 30% Club

Autotrader has renewed its Gold Patron membership of the Automotive 30% Club, with CEO Nathan Coe taking on the Patron role.

I was inspired by Nathan some time ago when he identified that the battle (to create high-performing teams) was as much about tackling exclusion as it was about inclusion. Nathan also kindly wrote the foreword to my book Change The Game, which we use to underpin the 30 by 30 strategy through our Masterclass content. Autotrader has always been a beacon of best practice for inclusive leadership, and Nathan will be a valuable addition to our Patron group.
